I understand that my monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each calendar month. After a 10- day grace period the tuition is considered past due, and I will be responsible for paying a $15.00 late fee.

At the time of registration, students are considered enrolled for the entire year (August - May/June). If you wish to discontinue your class, please notify the office in writing before the first of the month. You will be charged your regular tuition plus late fees until we are notified.

I am aware that all policies and information concerning the studio are located in the studio brochure, on this web site and in the monthly newsletters and it is my responsibility to know this information.
